Work on Mercy House Begins!

When I returned from Easter and retreat in the UK, I was happily surprised by how much work had taken place on Mercy House in my absence. The entire old and crumbling perimeter wall has been torn down, along with the old latrine, and a new wall made of freshly made bricks is about half way up. Below are before (top) and after (bottom) photos from several positions on the property. The angles are not exact, but the impression is clear: progress on Mercy House is moving forward. Special thanks to all of you who responded to the appeal made in my Easter message for this project.
